about rooms
we offer a total of eight rooms, four of which are on the first floor (rooms 1, 2, 3, 4)
and four on the ground floor (rooms 5, 6, 7, 8). Due to some limitations, we let room 4 only
during the summer season as an exeption. a sofa bed is available in rooms 1 and 5. these two
rooms are suitable for parents with one child. room 8 is a single room.

The upper floor is reached by stairs only (18 steps). there is no elevator. also the ground floor can only be reached via a short staircase (3 steps). unfortunately all the rooms in our house, as well as the showers with toilets, are not wheelchair accessible.
we purposely do without radio and tv in the rooms, due to today's practice of online streaming via samrtphones and tablets. of course, our guests have free, unlimited internet access throughout our premises.
due to the layout of the almost 100-year-old apartments, there are no en suite showers / toilets. two bathrooms with shower and toilet are available on each floor (renovated at the beginning of 2020).
about rates
the rates are stated per room and night, including breakfast. rates are dependent on season. the minimum rate refers to low season for single occupancy. the maximum rate refers to peak season for double occupancy (not for room 8). there is a surcharge for the use of the sofa bed (rooms 1 and 5). we allow a discount from 3 nights onwards and for children. (click here for the current, full price list). the room rates apply only to b&b guests without any additional services or special arrangements (rates of additional services or special arrangements on request and as agreed upon).
about room amenities
in every room we offer private shower towels and hand towels, a hair dryer, two pairs of slippers and two small umbrellas. due to the different preferences of our guests, we only provide shower gel and hair shampoo on request. therefore please bring your own preferred shower gel and hair shampoo. on the upper floor a fridge is available for all guests, to keep self-purchased drinks and foodstuff cool and fresh. rooms 5, 7 and 8 on the ground floor are equipped with a minibar. the guests in room 6 can use the fridge in the kitchen. free coffee and tea are available for our guests in both kitchens. our guests may also use the kitchen to cook their own small meals. please ask your hosts and above all the other guests sharing the appartment with. the kitchen is also equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
the kitchen is the common meeting place on both floors, and serves also as the common recreation room, besides the garden terrace and the wooden balconies upstairs.
about breakfast
usually your hosts prepare breakfast in the kitchen on the ground floor, where it is also served for guests in the ground floor rooms. on the upper floor, breakfast is served in the kitchen upstairs. if weather conditions allow, breakfast can be taken outside on the terrace for guests in the ground floor rooms or on the wooden balcony for upstairs guests. the rooms can also be booked without breakfast.
we usually serve a rich breakfast, which can be a bit out of the ordinary: jui's special breakfast. for those not having a big appetite in the morning there is a small breakfast available. for those who prefer it a bit german like, we serve our traditional breakfast. as a specialty, we also offer a thai breakfast if you order in advance. to prevent food waste, you may select your individual breakfast items the evening before on our breakfast order form. (our breakfast selection - under certain circumstances, not all items may be available at all times).
